Website Usability Testing
Usability testing is typically conducted in a usability lab environment. Target market users of your website are given a predefined set of tasks and are asked to perform them while being observed and while trying to achieve predefined goals. The tests themselves are one-on-one sessions – not a multiple participant focus group.
